Employee funds are associative organizations of a private nature and law that provide their services in accordance with the provisions of each of its statutes. These types of organizations,such as the University of Quindío employee fund, seek to improve ties of solidarity and
camaraderie to foster different cultures of permanent savings and credit, in addition to providing significant and outstanding social well-being to its associates and stakeholders. and thus satisfy common needs and expectations.
This research project aims to analyze the current status of the University of Quindío employee fund, making a diagnosis in aspects such as context, leadership, planning and support with respect to the processes that are carried out, in addition to all its organizational functioning, this with in order to establish whether the implementation of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard in the employee pool generates competitive and strategic advantages both for operation and for its associates and stakeholders
